How can we help?

Enter your email on the first screen. Fome emails you a code; type it in and you're signed in. There's no password to remember. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then go back and ask for a new code.

Open Settings → Household and share the invite code. They install Fome, sign in with their own email, tap Join household and enter the code. The household owner can make a new code at any time; the old one stops working.

Live Activities need iOS 17 or later. Check that they're on in Settings → Dynamic Island in Fome, and in the iPhone's Settings → Fome → Live Activities.

They start when you start something: Start shopping on the shopping list, Start on a chore, or a to-do due within the next hour.

Allow notifications for Fome in the iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Fome, then check what you've asked to be reminded about in Fome's Settings → Reminders on this phone. Focus modes can hold notifications back too.

When you scan a receipt or a recipe page, or tidy a messy list, Fome sends only that photo or text to Anthropic to read it, and only after you've allowed it. It isn't stored by Fome or used to train AI models. Turn it off any time in Settings → Your data → AI reading. See the privacy policy.

Yes. Any item can be private to you, or shared with just one person. Its photo follows the same setting.

Open Settings → Your data → Export everything (JSON).

Open Settings → Your data → Delete my account. Your account and private items are deleted straight away. Your household stays for the others in it; if you're the only member, it's deleted too.

No. Fome has no ads, no in-app purchases and no tracking.
